The key ingredients of this shampoo are rosemary oil, biotin, and panthenol. It cleans dead skin cells on the scalp, nourishes hair, and strengthens hair roots, which helps in reducing hair loss. Specifically, panthenol is very good in preventing the thinning of hair strands. Other ingredients in the shampoo are 100% natural, cruelty-free, SLS, SLES, and Paraben free, so it’s safe to use for sensitive scalp. The shampoo uses recycled bottles from other bottles, usually called a PCR bottle (Post Consumer Recycled PET), to help with recycling.

Key ingredients

Rosemary Essential Oil, Rosemary Decoction Extract, Probiotics, Amino Acids, Biotin (B7), Panthenol (B5), Caffeine

How to use

Once a day wet your hair and scalp with warm water and evenly spread over the hair and scalp after taking a moderate amount into your hands. Leave for two or three minutes, and then rinse thoroughly with warm water. Store the product in temp above 25°C. You may also dip the product in warm water between 25°C and 45°C to return the mixture to its original state.

Pro:

  • Good for sensitive scalp
  • Reduces hair loss
  • Makes hair smoother even without conditioner

The shampoo smells very refreshing, like an aromatherapy scent, which is iconic to all Aromatica’s products. The scent is relaxing and helps with overall shower enjoyment. The texture is fluid, thick, and clear yellowish in color. The foam is not too overwhelming since it doesn’t contain SLS and SES.

You can use it as much or as little depending on the thickness of your hair. It also helps to massage your scalp with it or use a shower comb to distribute the product evenly on your hair. Out of all the claims, the user said the most apparent result is the shampoo reduces hair loss even with just one week of use. And because it doesn’t contain harsh chemicals like paraben, the hair feels thoroughly moisturized without feeling that dry pulling tightness after deep cleanses.

AROMATICA FAQ

Is Aromatica a clean brand?

Absolutely! Aromatica acquired the COSMOS certification in 2019, an international organic and natural cosmetic certification system that evaluates the standard of natural cosmetic certifications. This means all their ingredients are tested and listed to have at least 95% natural and 20% organic ingredients. So worry not; they’re already a certified clean brand that holds true to its promises to deliver natural and clean products!

Is Aromatica sulfate free?

Yes. All their products are free of sulfate, paraben, silicone, and artificial fragrance. They use coconut and corn-derived surfactants. Aromatica is also a partner of the Vegan Society and has an official certification from them. They use plant-based and organic raw materials, but not from the ones that are endangered! In fact, you can check their ingredients and their benefits here: https://thearomatica.com/ingredients

Does Aromatica test on animals?

No, they don’t test on animals. Aromatica continuously upholds its core brand philosophy as a vegan and cruelty-free beauty brand. They even restrict their market to China because China requires every brand to undergo animal testing. In 2011, they became the first Korean brand to be selected as the EWG Safe Cosmetics Champion, and they encourage other brands to conduct ethical sourcing and anti-animal abuse policies.
